Role:

The Director / VP Sales will be responsible for executing a consultative sales approach to Fortune 1000 brand, shopper, and media agency teams. The ideal candidate is an expert in creator marketing and influencer strategies, with a strong digital and social background. They should be a proactive hunter, solution-oriented seller, and results-driven. Established client relationships within the CPG, QSR, finance, or healthcare/pharma sectors are preferred. The role involves owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to understanding customer needs and presenting solutions as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with Fortune 1000 companies and their agency partners to educate them on creator marketing and content value.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach focused on client objectives while maintaining urgency to close deals.
  • Convey our solutions passionately, emphasizing the value of targeted, trend-forward, creator-generated content at scale.
  • Leverage data insights and analytics to penetrate client organizations and close sales.
  • Develop strategic relationships through large ($1M+) and multi-year contractual commitments.
  • Drive opportunities to close within the quarter and build a strong pipeline for future quarters.
  • Build a book of business from scratch, mentor team members, and prepare for leadership roles as we grow.
  • Help refine our partner approach by becoming a thought leader and educating clients on platform best practices.
  • Demonstrate creativity, accountability, and a deep understanding of Linqia’s services and business model.
  • Operate independently in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple demands.
  • Proactively manage a rapidly growing sales pipeline/channel.
  • Be comfortable with carrying a sales quota and accountable for revenue delivery, with rewards for overachievement.
  • Travel as required.
Qualifications:
  • +7 years of proven success in digital sales and/or online media, with experience selling to executive-level brand clients and agencies.
  • Established and transferable relationships in CPG, restaurant, apparel, or entertainment sectors.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating top performance.
  • Experience closing deals exceeding $1M annually.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, collaborative work style, and a competitive drive.
  • Passion for developing creative client solutions leveraging data to maximize value.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms’ best practices, both organic and promoted.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex client relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Ability to have fun while working hard.
