Guerlain is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager in New York. This role involves elevating the Guerlain image, providing training on visual merchandising, and maintaining retailer relationships. Elevating and Enhancing the Guerlain Image
Partner with Paris HQ store design team to develop Guerlain flagship counters and freestanding stores and coordinate all project management aspects for construction and installation.
Specific responsibilities include:
10+ years of visual merchandising and store design experience in a similar or related industry. Must possess strong analytical skills, good oral and written presentation skills. Excellent computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCad. Exhibit a keen ability to be proactive as well as handle a multitude of projects at one time. Highly organized and detail‑oriented; hands‑on professional. Should be a strategic leader and excellent team player. Architecture, industrial or interior design degree required.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $150,000.00 - $160,000.00.
