• Deep knowledge of digital channels and human-centered design.
• Data analytics to drive decisions and measure success.
• Strong stakeholder management with clinicians and leaders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate the organization on leveraging the virtual health strategy at scale.
• Co-create and execute Memorial Hermann's Virtual Health Strategy.
• Drive continuous evaluation and development of virtual offerings.
• Develop product roadmaps to align with revenue and efficiency goals.
• Oversee remote patient monitoring solutions within the strategy.
• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to leadership.
