What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and lead a high-performing global team of Salesforce sales and technical specialists
- Achieve revenue targets and growth across the employer's Salesforce backup offerings globally
- Collaborate with regional account teams to execute new, expand, and cross-sell strategies
- Develop territory plans, deliver accurate forecasts, and master competitive positioning
- Engage directly with strategic customers and lead quarterly business reviews with regional sales leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with technical depth, and/or 5+ years of front-line sales management
- Demonstrated ability to lead both sales and technical pre-sales teams
- Experience forecasting, qualifying deals, and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong technical aptitude capable of handling multiple layers of technical questions without SE support
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and market dynamics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud-native backup solutions
- Knowledge of regional data protection requirements and compliance standards
- Salesforce or ISV partner background
