Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Director, Clinical & Value Evidence Liaison to act as a scientific partner to payer and population health decision-makers, driving real-world evidence initiatives and HEOR strategies. The role supports pre- and post-launch activities within Medical Affairs and collaborates with Market Access teams.

The position requires advanced degrees, extensive HEOR experience, strong communication, and ability to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (e.g., PharmD, DNP, PhD or MD).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years as HEOR Liaison or in payer/HEOR roles.
• Oncology knowledge preferred, especially Breast Oncology.
• Strong knowledge of payer quality and performance measures.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain expertise in disease state management and US healthcare landscape.
• Develop and maintain HEOR/RWE expertise to support value propositions.
• Provide clinical support and deliver data presentations regionally and nationally.
• Represent Menarini Stemline at scientific meetings and advisory boards.
• Capture insights from PHDMs and translate into actionable items.
