• Education: Bachelor’s degree and relevant training or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate provider data and negotiate/price contracts using internal tools.
• Develop and implement value-based contract relationships to support business strategies.
• Recruit providers to meet network expansion and adequacy targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage provider compensation and pricing development.
• Identify cost issues and lead cost-saving initiatives across contracts.
