Job summary

Vuori seeks a Director of UX Design & Research to lead strategy, design, and research across ecommerce, omnichannel, and retail. You will champion customer insights, unify the user journey, and grow the UX/UI and research disciplines while maturing Vuori's design system across teams and tools.

This hands‑on leadership role emphasizes mentoring, governance, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Brand, and Site Experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/UI design and/or UX research experience.
• 3+ years of managing or mentoring designers/researchers.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy across ecommerce, omnichannel, and store experiences.
• Grow generative and evaluative research practices with a cross‑functional team.
• Govern and evolve Vuori's design system across channels.
• Present insights and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop a growing team of designers and researchers.
