Job summary

Vuori is seeking an experienced Wholesale Sales Planning and Analytics Director to lead sell-through analytics and the development of sales plans for the wholesale channel. This role collaborates closely with Finance and Merchandising Planning to drive revenue and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate will build forecasting tools, analyze key metrics, and deliver weekly to seasonal updates while leading a small team and influencing cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales planning and analytics and 5+ years of people management.
• Experience with large data sets and analytics tools (SPS Analytics, MicroStrategy, Power BI); Python experience preferred.
• Excel proficiency and MS Office suite expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems and sales planning tools (MS Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build wholesale revenue models aligned with wholesale sales strategies with Finance and Merchandising Planning teams.
• Build and manage Channel/Rep/Customer forecast tracking tools.
• Develop, monitor and analyze key sales performance metrics (revenue, margin, inventory, brand ranking).
• Execute sales forecasting and budgeting in coordination with commercial and finance.
• Leverage order-book and sell-through trends to identify risk and opportunities early.
• Build out wholesale BI reporting and analytics suite for weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal use.
• Create visually appealing reports and dashboards that are easily actionable.
• Drive special projects and provide analytic support for wholesale and cross-functional teams.
