NTH Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a Project Director to grow our utility and municipal markets, lead executive client relationships, and shape growth within transmission, distribution, and substation sectors.

You will work across electrical, civil, environmental, geotechnical, and construction experts within the Electrical Engineering Power and Utilities Division to win major opportunities. The role emphasizes strategic client leadership, market knowledge, and coordinating cross-functional teams

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, planning, engineering, or related field; equivalent senior utility experience may be considered.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in electric utility, transmission, public power, or related infrastructure markets.
• Strong understanding of Michigan and Midwest utility markets, including municipal utilities and investors.
• Proven ability to develop senior-level client relationships and convert them into secured work.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute growth strategies for transmission, distribution, and substation markets.
• Lead executive client relationships and major project pursuits for utility markets.
• Coordinate across divisions to assemble multidisciplinary project teams.
• Provide leadership on project development, risk management, and delivery.
• Ensure client satisfaction, staffing alignment, and favorable fee structures.
