Job summary

Tract is seeking a results-oriented utility development leader to execute power development strategy within an assigned state or group of states. Qualifications

• BA or BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Power Engineering; Economics; Energy Management; Business; or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years delivering technical infrastructure and utility contracting in regulated environments.
• Experience delivering HV/MV electrical infrastructure (69 kV and above) and coordinating with multiple utilities.

Responsibilities

• Own long-term execution of power development strategy in assigned state markets, including infrastructure and supply solutions for Tract's powered land product.
• Lead engagement with electric utilities to deliver HV and MV electrical infrastructure for large-scale data center campuses.
• Manage interconnection processes, utility studies, engineering coordination, and regulatory engagement at the state level.
• Oversee siting and construction coordination of transmission, substation, and distribution infrastructure across multiple properties with multi-million-dollar capex.
