You will manage a team of data scientists and work with marketing, IT, and external partners to turn complex questions into actionable insights. You will translate business needs into structured analytical use cases, oversee data sources, and present clear narratives to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics or data science experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare; vaccines experience preferred.
• Proven track record applying AI/ML/NLP to solve commercial problems.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL for data extraction and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner to US vaccines marketing aligning analyses to brand priorities.
• Translate business questions into well-defined analytical use cases.
• Enable prioritization by understanding business demand and use cases.
• Analyze data sources (claims, EMR/EHR, CDC, IQVIA, digital/CRM) for insights and recommendations.
• Propose AI/ML/NLP approaches and model trade-offs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other DHH teams to deliver solutions.
• Support design and refinement of AI/ML and NLP solutions with business context and feedback.
• Synthesize findings into concise stories and present insights to support decisions.
• Stay current on vaccines market dynamics and analytics advances.
