The role demands strong leadership, advanced analytics expertise, and excellent communication to translate complex questions into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years analytics or data science experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare; vaccines preferred.
• Experience applying AI, ML, NLP to solve commercial problems.
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner to US vaccines marketing aligned to brand priorities.
• Translate questions into well-defined analytical use cases.
• Analyze data sources (claims, EMR/EHR, CDC, IQVIA) for actionable insights.
• Propose AI/ML/NLP approaches and modeling techniques.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and off-shore teams.
• Support design and refinement of AI/ML and NLP solutions.
• Ensure delivery of analyses with high quality and timely updates.
• Synthesize findings into concise stories and visualizations.
