Job summary

You will partner with Analytical Development, Regulatory CMC, Quality, Digital, and R&D to align priorities, drive data quality, and deliver data-driven decisions while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or data field with extensive domain experience.
• Proven leadership of data management, informatics, analytics, or digital transformation in regulated environments.
• Strong people leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Knowledge of data integrity, regulatory requirements, and enterprise system lifecycles.
• Strategic thinking and ability to deliver measurable business value through data and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated organization supporting regulatory data management, informatics analytics, and enterprise data system capabilities.
• Deliver accurate, submission-ready regulatory data across the product lifecycle.
• Advance scalable analytics and self-service data solutions for proactive product monitoring.
• Serve as business owner for enterprise data systems and drive governance and adoption.
• Translate needs into scalable digital capabilities to maximize data value.
• Partner across scientific, regulatory, quality, and tech to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive standardization and automation to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance, inspection-readiness, and alignment with digital strategies.
