Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant experience in pharma, health policy or public policy.
• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, political science, public administration or policy preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in government affairs, policy development and public advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Shape government policies to improve patient access and reimbursement for oncology and related brands in the U.S.
• Serve as liaison between U.S. Government Affairs and Oncology/Specialty business units.
• Build and sustain partnerships with third-party organizations for policy advocacy.
• Provide strategic policy insights to brand teams on regulatory and political developments.
• Collaborate with global TAS for early brand strategy and engagement.
• Manage consultants and budget to resource advocacy strategies.
