Job summary

The position is remote in the US, requires a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of public policy experience, and offers leadership opportunities across the State Policy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred in health policy or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in US public policy and healthcare; regulatory and legislative familiarity.
• Ability to distill complex policy matters and prepare comments on rulemakings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute policy positions and advocacy initiatives.
• Drive a policy portfolio on healthcare costs, coverage, Medicaid, and reform.
• Lead or support external stakeholder engagement and testimony preparation.
• Build relationships with internal partners, trade associations, and executives.
• Represent Johnson & Johnson in external venues and drive thought leadership in policy.
