Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Public Affairs, U.S. Neuroscience, to drive strategic public affairs initiatives for the U.S. Neuroscience portfolio. This hybrid role can sit in Titusville, NJ or Washington DC and requires deep policy knowledge and external engagement with policymakers, KOLs, and advocacy groups.

You will shape external policy, reimbursement strategies, and align public affairs with corporate communications and policy efforts across J&J Innovative Medicine.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Political Science, Policy, Public Relations, Government or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in public affairs or policy communications.
• Experience engaging policymakers, KOLs, and advocacy groups.
• Strong writing and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Neuroscience leadership to set priorities and address policy risks.
• Develop and implement integrated public affairs strategies for patient access and reimbursement.
• Maintain external relationships with policy influencers and coalitions.
• Monitor health policy trends and align VA/communications strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated advocacy across functions.
• Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on public policy and engagement.
