Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

Responsibilities

• Own the biweekly payroll review, approval, and transmission for all US employees.
• Lead the Payroll Supervisor and act as back-up for key payroll tasks.
• Oversee monthly pension payroll, including updates to beneficiaries and year-end reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local payroll laws and union agreements.
• Drive transformation projects to modernize Workday payroll configurations and processes.
