Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US payer landscape, reimbursement, and distribution.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated analytics plans for market access.
• Partner with Pricing, Payer, and Commercial teams.
• Own KPI frameworks and evaluate payer policies.
• Analyze patient access using claims and distribution data.
• Lead in-market analytics, manage external vendors, mentor staff, and drive automation.
