Job summary

Galderma in Miami is seeking a Director of US Cx Strategy and Insights to lead megabrand strategy for Cetaphil and Differin, translating consumer and market understanding into actionable growth plans across marketing, brand, and commercial teams.

The role drives insights-to-action, oversees consumer and market intelligence, and shapes long-range strategic direction, performance measurement, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate brand penetration and market share.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consumer marketing, brand strategy, or related strategic leadership roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of U.S. megabrand strategies for Cetaphil and Differin.
• Partner with Brand, Commercial, Media, HCP, and Global teams to shape direction.
• Identify portfolio, category, and whitespace growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into strategic recommendations and actions across teams.
