Warner Bros. Discovery in Burbank, CA is seeking an experienced entertainment attorney to join the WBTV Unscripted Legal team as Director, Legal, WBTV Unscripted.

This role supports development, production, and distribution across broadcast, cable, streaming, and emerging media platforms, on a hybrid schedule three days in office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of practice, a JD and CA bar, and a proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements, advise on production matters, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of practice at a national firm, a major film/TV studio, or major online service.
• BA/BS degree required; Juris Doctorate required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft development, production, and distribution agreements.
• Provide legal advice on production, distribution and marketing matters.
• Ensure compliance with policies and engage outside counsel and services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
