IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in Westbrook, Maine seeks a Director of the Trust Office to lead governance, risk and compliance at a global scale, shaping how cybersecurity programs support business success and customer trust.

You will drive transformation of the Trust Office into a modern, AI-enabled function, building strategy, operating model, and dashboards that translate risk into actionable decisions for executives.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, compliance, assurance, or related disciplines.
• Experience building, transforming, or maturing enterprise Governance, Risk & Compliance or Trust organizations.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change within complex global enterprises.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to improve cybersecurity maturity across the organization.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and transformation of IDEXX's Trust Office into a modern security function.
• Develop long-term strategy, operating model, and roadmap for cybersecurity maturity.
• Build a culture where Governance, Risk & Compliance is a trusted business partner.
• Oversee enterprise cyber risk management, policies, standards, and risk management frameworks.
• Strengthen customer trust through security assessments, dashboards, and external assurance.
