About Team/Role WEX is seeking a Treasury Director to lead the team responsible for the company’s daily financial engine. This role is responsible for people management, operational strategy, and ensuring that all Treasury activities align with WEX’s broader financial goals. The Treasury Director supports the Treasurer and will oversee a team of analysts and be accountable for global banking operations, corporate debt management and issuance, securitization and factoring programs, banking relationships and overall funding and balance sheet strategies. This role is a hybrid position based out of the Portland, Maine office.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Pay Range: $177,200.00 - $199,500.00
