Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field and P.E. license required.
• Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in transportation design engineering.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation OpenRoads is required.
• Strong leadership and communication for client and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the transportation design engineering department.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of transportation and municipal projects.
• Act as project director on key initiatives and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and inspire engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with codes and standards.
