Qualifications

Demonstrated excellence in teaching, manuscript preparation, and experience with grant writing.
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical laboratory operations ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP standards.
Lead the development, validation and implementation of new molecular and serological test procedures.
Provide clinical consultation and interpretation of test results.
Engage in scholarly activity in molecular biology, genomics and blood group/platelet antigens.
