Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in program/project management, risk analysis, and organizational change management, with PMP and PROSCI/Six Sigma preferred. Expect a role with governance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in at least three of: project management, process improvement/transformation, business/financial analysis, external consulting/auditing/risk analysis, customer journey/experience, organizational change management, IT solution/architecture
• PMP and Organizational Change Management certifications preferred
• Actual pay varies by factors including status (FT/PT) and location

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Program Managers to drive strategic goals and operational efficiency
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback; conduct annual reviews per HR requirements
• Establish governance framework with strategy maps, policies, reporting, risk and compliance mitigation
• Partner with senior management to identify initiatives, scope, stakeholders, and outcomes for portfolio prioritization
• Produce executive-level reporting showing ROI, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Act as change agent to unite teams during organizational change
• Apply project management methods to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
