Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of health care or insurance industry experience having led or been a key contributor on large scale initiatives required.
• Operations experience preferred.
• PMP - PMI certification preferred.
• IAPM certification preferred.
• CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy for complex business transformational priority.
• Actively participate in the execution of complex business cases to assess feasibility, opportunities, risks and ROI to meet business objectives.
• Aid in activation of strategic guidance to maximize effective implementation and results.
• Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, and staff organization to execute initiatives.
• Collect and analyze process data to recommend practices for enhanced effectiveness and productivity with cost considerations.
• Collaborate with stakeholder SMEs for knowledge transfer, training and implementation.
• Ensure end-to-end integrity to complete project work up to final recommendations and implementation.
• Prepare timely communications for key stakeholders and contribute to executive presentations.
