Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, GxP, and regulated environments.

Role: Director of Transcend R&D BPO leading global business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior R&D and Transcend leadership to define process vision
