Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; minimum 10 years in R&D, clinical supply chain, or enterprise transformation with proven success in process re-engineering, ERP implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA), and global operating model change.
Skills: strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and experience in regulated environments (GxP, SOX).
Preferred: certifications like MBA, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma; experience with change management, Agile methodologies, and compliance systems.
