Job summary

Amgen seeks a Training and Development Director for Obesity and Related Conditions to design and execute sales training, product launch support, and readiness programs.

You will partner with Learning and Performance and senior leadership in a complex matrixed environment, leading a team to build tools, workshops, and field resources for launches.

This role emphasizes strategic thinking, program management, and a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across global teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of business experience
• OR Masters degree and 8 years of business experience
• OR Bachelors degree and 10 years of business experience
• 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing the allocation of resources

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop Obesity and Related Conditions Training initiatives and programs
• Plan and lead large scale initiatives with US and Global leadership
• Own end-to-end training and launch readiness ecosystem for successful launches
