The vision of IASB Training Development department is that all boards and boardmembers have the knowledge, skills and abilities to lead and govern effectively.
The Director/Online Learning for Training Development is primarily responsible for working with Training Development and the Outreach & Training departments to create, design, layout, and publish member training content for the IASB Online Learning Center. Additionally, the Director will create, design, layout, and schedule production for print materials related to select member workshops and training events and help oversee the Joint Annual Conference Sheraton Hotel panels and Friday Focus Workshops.
