Knorr Bremse Signaling is seeking a Director of Train Dynamic Systems (TDS) in Irving, TX. You will own the LEADER product line, oversee customer projects, internal development, and overall business performance across revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Engineering or PM domains.
• 7+ years in leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• Bachelor's in Engineering required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the TDS project portfolio and ensure alignment with business and customer objectives.
• Oversee engineering activities for customer projects and internal product development.
• Manage financial performance of TDS (revenue, EBIT, margin, CapEx).
• Lead market analysis, strategy, roadmaps, and business opportunities.
