Job summary

Golden State Warriors, based in San Francisco, seeks a seasoned leader to oversee scheduling and payroll for the Business Operations department. You will guide the unified Time & Attendance team across FOH and BOH, acting as the CBA SME in a unionized environment.

The role reports to the VP, Front of House and requires strategic leadership, 7+ years in workforce management or payroll, and a strong compliance mindset. On-site in San Francisco, with competitive benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years in workforce management, HR, or payroll with leadership experience.
• Experience in a unionized environment with familiarity of CBAs and regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll processing, scheduling and attendance software, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic scheduling across BOH & FOH to optimize labor utilization.
• Act as CBA subject matter expert interpreting union work rules.
• Manage attendance performance from warnings to disciplinary actions with People Ops.
• Identify labor and attendance trends with department heads and People Ops.
• Address payroll and attendance-level grievances as primary contact for employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with union contracts and local/state/federal regulations.
• Foster cross-training and development within Time & Attendance team.
• Partner with Finance and People Ops to ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
