The Director of Technology/ISV Partnerships is a strategic leader responsible for establishing and growing partnerships within Constructor's technology and ISV ecosystem. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing key relationships to drive revenue and expand market reach. A successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape. The individual will define value propositions, achieve strategic partnership goals, and contribute to the company's growth.

About the Position

• Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce and product discovery technology landscape.
• Identify value propositions for partnerships and develop business cases for integrations and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the technology and ISV ecosystem.
• Manage key relationships to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Achieve strategic partnership goals, including partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
• Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborate across functions and lead through influence.

• Experience in developing, launching, and scaling joint initiatives with ISVs and technology partners.
• Experience with joint go-to-market motions, particularly with AWS.
• Strong network and senior contacts within the ecommerce technology space (e.g., MACH Alliance).
• Experience managing global relationships and regional activations.
