Job summary
Elanco is seeking a TSMS Director - External Manufacturing in Indianapolis, IN to drive technical leadership and strategy for outside manufacturers. You will align manufacturing agendas with business needs, champion process robustness, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards across global projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or engineering.
- Minimum 10 years in Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical finished product manufacture, TSMS, or Drug Development.
- Solid understanding of commercial manufacturing processes, quality systems, regulatory requirements, and statistics.
- Prefer Ph.D. or MBA; experience with CMOs is a plus; strong negotiation and audit representation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership within the Hub Leadership Team and global TS/MS projects.
- Champion CPV and drive productivity to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Oversee validation master plans and regulatory compliance with Elanco standards.
- Lead technical transfers and support due diligence, sourcing, and audits.
