Job summary

Salesforce is building a data-driven product organization within the CCO team. This role shapes the Headless 360 Data Foundation Platform, partnering with data engineers, stakeholders, and product teams to drive customer success through governance, analytics, and adoption.

The candidate will own the backlog, define metrics, and run agile ceremonies in a fast-growing environment, leveraging Salesforce data cloud technologies to deliver measurable P&L insights.

Qualifications

• Experienced in data products with a product ownership background.
• Strong fluency in data modeling and data definitions.
• Proven governance for metrics, ownership, and versioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap and sprint plan for Headless 360 Data Foundation Platform.
• Lead metric definitions, business logic ratification, and stakeholder buy-in.
• Manage backlog and enforce roadmap with tech debt balance sprint over sprint.
• Run release gates, user testing, feedback loops, and stakeholder demos to drive adoption.
