Job summary

Alight Solutions in the United States is seeking a Director of Program Execution Excellence to lead the Technology organization’s execution capability for technology-enabled programs and initiatives. You will build and deploy PM/TPM/PMO teams, set planning, governance, risk, budget, and delivery standards, and ensure end-to-end accountability across Product, Engineering and Delivery.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive program management and delivery experience.
Experience leading a scaled PgM/TPM/PM organization.
Proven knowledge of governance, planning, budgeting and risk management.
Experience establishing SDLC/lifecycle standards across a large Technology organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the Program Management/Technical Program Management/Project Management capability for integrated execution of technology-enabled programs and initiatives.
Ensure end-to-end execution leadership across Product, Technology, Delivery, and functional teams.
Set expectations for integrated plans, milestones, budgets/forecasts, and governance with accountability.
Drive continuous improvement in execution health, planning, and escalation practices.
Partner with Product, Engineering and Delivery to align execution standards with the broader operating model.
