Brown & Brown is seeking a Director of Team Resources to drive growth-focused human capital strategies across the Retail Business Segment. You will lead TRBPs, partner with finance and senior leaders, and shape workforce planning, performance standards, and talent development while ensuring compliance and effective change management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business leaders to optimize growth, margins, and scalability through data-driven HR solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred for leadership roles.
SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
15+ years of strategic leadership across HR functions.

Responsibilities

Lead TRBP function across the division, translating strategy into HR priorities and execution plans.
Develop organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation alignment to support growth and margins.
Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and internal mobility initiatives.
Partner with Employment Practices and Legal to ensure compliant HR policies and risk management.
Lead people-centric growth initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, and organizational change.
