Job summary

Kickstarter is seeking a senior indirect tax leader to own and scale our global tax strategy. You will build a high-impact team, lead the Avalara-based tax technology stack, and drive automation initiatives across VAT, sales tax, and corporate filings worldwide.

You will partner with Legal, Product, and Finance to assess tax implications of new offerings and ensure compliance at a global level. The role offers a fully remote setup with support across select US states and the UK, and a

• Extensive experience in indirect tax leadership, ideally at a two-sided marketplace.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with Avalara or comparable tax engines.
• Big 4 or top law firm experience at Senior Manager level or above.
