Pathward, N.A. is seeking a seasoned leader to head Enrollment & Onboarding, directing a team responsible for enrolling tax offices into the proprietary platform. You’ll drive performance, quality controls, and a seamless customer journey across Sales, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.

You will lead operational standards, readiness for peak seasons, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality onboarding while managing risk and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; leadership, process improvement, quality assurance, or compliance training preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in enrollment, onboarding, customer operations, financial services, tax services, compliance, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Leads the Enrollment & Onboarding function and translates goals into priorities, scalable plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Builds and leads a high-performing enrollment team for peak tax-season volumes and year-round needs.
• Fosters accountability, clear communication, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Ensures enrollment quality and control performance, including sampling and issue resolution.
• Acts as decision authority for complex enrollment matters balancing customer impact, risk, and feasibility.
• Identifies opportunities to simplify enrollment processes and improve the customer experience.
• Collaborates with Compliance to address concerns and strengthen controls.
• Generates enrollment trend reports for leadership and identifies risk indicators.
• Prepares for new tax products and seasonal demand with readiness across functions.
