Key responsibilities include building the HR function, optimizing technology systems like ADP Workforce Now, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong people leadership experience, expertise in HR systems, and the ability to manage complex projects. This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations or related function.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools preferred.
