This role provides strategic and operational leadership for perioperative services across six ORs, reporting to the COO. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), an active RN license, and director-level experience, with hands-on intraoperative OR leadership in a unionized setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Previous Director-level leadership experience required.
• Hands-on intraoperative/operating room experience and leadership in a unionized nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for perioperative services across six ORs.
• Report to the Chief Operating Officer; oversee two direct reports and ~85 FTEs.
• Improve scheduling, efficiency, productivity and accountability; develop departmental leaders.
