The Director, Supply Chain Reliability is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise strategy for end-to-end performance management and supply chain reliability across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role integrates performance visibility, digital enablement, and reliability methodologies to proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve systemic supply chain risks.
This leader will drive the standardization of performance management practices, facilitatethe deployment of enterprise scorecards and digital tools, and ensure strong linkage between operational performance and reliability-focused initiatives. Through cross-functional leadership, this role translates data into actionable insights, enabling improved service, quality, and efficiency outcomes across the E2E supply chain.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$150,000.00 - $258,750.00
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
