Role Overview This leadership role is responsible for designing and mobilizing the end-to-end supply chain capabilities that enable successful commercialization of innovative therapies worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and global operations, shaping the global supply chain strategies that bring breakthrough therapies to patients worldwide. The successful leader will help sustain JJIM’s position as an industry benchmark in getting new products into patients’ hands by influencing critical business decisions, aligning cross‑functional organizations, managing risk, and building resilient, scalable supply chain capabilities that accelerate growth, maximize launch success, and create long‑term value for patients and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Global Launch Strategy and Business Readiness: Define and execute the end‑to‑end global supply chain strategy for new product launches, encompassing active pharmaceutical ingredient and drug product production, packaging, distribution, and physical/financial flows.
  • Ensure supply chain design aligns with commercial objectives, market access strategies, growth targets, and patient needs.
  • Establish scalable supply chain models that support global expansion, operational resilience, and sustainable business performance.
  • Accountable for end‑to‑end supply chain launch readiness and successful execution of global product launches, ensuring on‑time and compliant commercialization across all markets.
  • Relentlessly break down cross‑functional barriers to protect must‑win launch commitments and ensure timely access for patients.
  • Lead Cross‑Functional Enterprise Execution: Build and lead high‑performing global teams responsible for delivering launch readiness across internal organizations and external strategic partners.
  • Serve as the central integrator across Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, Finance, Commercial, Deliver and CMC functions to ensure seamless execution of launch strategies.
  • Drive alignment among senior business partners and influence critical business decisions that impact launch success and long‑term product value.
  • Provide transparent governance and communication to senior leadership through proactive elevation, escalation and resolution of launch risks, issues, trade‑offs, and key business decisions.
  • Ensure distribution readiness, global trade compliance, and import/export requirements are fully integrated into launch execution strategies.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence, Organizational Capability, and Competitive Advantage: Champion innovative supply chain solutions that improve speed to market, service performance, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.
  • Establish and deploy standardized global processes, governance models, and best practices that elevate supply chain performance across the portfolio.
  • Leverage advanced project management skills and digital capabilities to accelerate execution and improve transparency.
  • Contribute to departmental strategy while strengthening organizational capabilities in launch excellence and supply chain design, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Data‑driven Launch Excellence and Digital Innovation: Leverage available data, launch metrics, and digital tools to support informed decision‑making, identify risks, and improve launch execution.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance launch excellence through standardization, process improvement, and adoption of enabling technologies.
  • Manage Risk and Investment Decisions: Lead enterprise risk assessments for new product launches and implement proactive mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity.
  • Develop supply chain investment recommendations and secure alignment with senior leadership on resource allocation and strategic priorities.
  • Balance risk, cost, service, and compliance considerations to improve value creation and launch success.
  • Build Organizational Capability and Talent: Support the development of talent and organizational capabilities through coaching, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Qualifications Required

Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/Master's) preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in supply chain management. Experience leading global cross functional teams and external partnerships across multiple regions. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse business partners around enterprise priorities. Deep understanding of global pharmaceutical supply chains, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.

Preferred: Preferred experience in complex global new product launches. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and business partners management capabilities. Analytical and data‑driven decision maker with a track record of delivering results in complex environments. Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and portfolio management tools. (FPX) Experience demonstrating digital technologies, analytics, and data‑driven insights to improve supply chain and launch performance preferred. May require up to 10% of travel both internationally and domestically.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
  • Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
  • Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
  • Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
  • Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
