In This Role, You Will:

The Director of Supply Chain will oversee all supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, and material control, to ensure efficient operations, cost savings, and supplier performance. This role is vital for scaling our supply chain processes to support growth while complying with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical device supply chain management, supplier negotiations, inventory planning, and ERP systems. This is an in-office position based in Pleasanton, CA.

• Manage all supply chain functions to support business growth.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production needs.
• Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams for supplier management.
• Develop scalable supply chain processes ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics.
• Leverage NetSuite to enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Reporting To: Senior Vice President of Operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical device industry.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop supplier relationships and lead teams.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations, including FDA requirements.
• APICS certification is desirable.
• Location: Pleasanton, CA; Travel: 10%.
• Full-time employment; ability to lift 10 pounds and sit for extended periods; compliance with vaccination regulations.
