Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a senior Supply Chain Advisor to provide procurement guidance, negotiate terms, and support Raytheon Supply Chain Acquisition Professionals. The role leads a team, mentors staff, and ensures FAR/DFARS compliance across supplier agreements.

You will collaborate with Legal, Contracts, and Compliance to assess supplier risk and implement organization-wide processes and templates, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience or 10+ with advanced degree
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and supplements
• Experience with subcontract flowdowns
• Experience drafting and negotiating subcontracts
• Experience with collaborative agreements and software licenses
• Experience leading and mentoring teams
• Experience developing organization-wide processes and trainings
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance
• Active DoD Secret clearance required day 1

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement guidance, negotiation strategy to Raytheon suppliers
• Advise on supplier terms and long-term agreements
• Draft and negotiate subcontracts and software licenses
• Interpret and support FAR/DFARS and regulatory requirements
• Develop supplier issue strategies and policies
• Partner with Legal, Contracts, and Compliance on supplier risk
• Lead and mentor the Supply Chain Advisors team
• Coach team on process improvements and development
• Report team performance and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with leadership and RTX entities on strategy
