Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is hiring a Director Supply Chain 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This leadership position will be located in Palmdale, CA.
The Director of Supply Chain 1 will have responsibility for the Goods Movement & Logistics (GM&L) organization across a high priority program, providing strategic leadership for operations in Palmdale, California; Clearfield, Utah; and Iuka, Mississippi. This is one of the company’s most critical supply chain organizations supporting the nation’s premier strategic deterrence program.
The Director will lead a geographically dispersed organization responsible for all aspects of material movement throughout the manufacturing lifecycle including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, material handling, kitting, transportation, shipping, export/import compliance, production line support, and logistics integration.
This position requires an experienced leader capable of developing organizational strategy, driving operational excellence, building high-performing leadership teams, and partnering with Program Leadership, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, Production Control, Global Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to ensure flawless execution in support of one of our nation’s highest priority programs.

Primary Level Salary Range: $185,400.00 - $278,200.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
