Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks a Director of Supplier Quality to lead enterprise SQM, qualifying suppliers, executing corrective actions, and reducing risk across the supply base. You will guide SQE teams, partner with Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing Quality, and own governance of supplier performance.

You will drive PPAP/FAI, control plans, and audits while shaping supplier development and cost of quality strategies for multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to quality.
• 10+ years of progressive supplier quality leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and PPAP/FAI processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality governance and risk-based qualification.
• Drive SCAR/8D processes from containment to permanent actions.
• Develop supplier quality engineering and cross-functional collaboration.
• Implement supplier audits and performance-improvement plans.
• Define quality clauses, specs, and acceptance criteria.
