Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation management, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Five years of experience in student transportation or fleet management, including an administrative or supervisory role.
• Must possess and maintain a valid South Carolina CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements.
• Must possess and maintain a School Bus Driver's Certificate through the South Carolina Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organization and management of all aspects of the District's student transportation program.
• Manage, implement, and maintain assigned programs in conformance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Ensure adequate staffing to achieve objectives within budget and compliance of district goals.
