Job summary

Roane State Foundation is seeking a Director of Student Programs to lead administration of scholarship and student aid programs, manage endowed and non-endowed budgets, and steward donor relationships. The role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with college staff and external partners.

Position is based in Harriman, TN with possible travel to RSCC campuses. Responsibilities include implementing scholarship agreements, administering budgets over $500,000, and ensuring donor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, communications, management, administration, or related field required.
• Five years of demonstrated administrative and/or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Foundation scholarship and student aid programs and budgets (> $500,000).
• Administer scholarship agreements and endowment procedures.
• Coordinate donor stewardship and reporting to promote donor relations.
• Manage database systems (e.g., Blackbaud) and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with College and Foundation staff and external partners on program delivery.
• Prepare reports and communications for donors, students, and stakeholders.
