This full-time role offers a salary range of $132,000-$250,000 per year, dependent on location and experience, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and 15 paid vacation days.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant professional experience in early childhood development.
• Experience setting strategy and policies for multi-school systems.
• Track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision and strategy for student and family support.
• Develop frameworks for early childhood inclusive practices.
• Collaborate with school leaders and educators.
